No it's not.

Just because Evil said it, doesn't mean it's actually canon. In fact, she might not even remember what she said afterwards.

You can call her whatever you want though, just don't shove the name to people's heads thinking it's canon. Not many people like the name, it just doesn't make sense.

The same goes for:

  • "Kayori is canon, Evil said it!"
  • "Hiyori is Neuro so Kayori is Evil!"
  • "Kayori/Evilyn is better name!"
  • etc.

Just don't bring it up again, please! 😫
